Tri-Star applies to join APLNG CSG royalties review proceedings

The Tri-Star group of companies (Tri-Star) today applied to be joined as an interested party in Supreme Court proceedings by Australia Pacific LNG Pty Ltd (APLNG) regarding a recent Queensland Government decision on how to calculate royalty payments for coal seam gas (CSG) sold as liquefied natural gas (LNG) from APLNG’s LNG facility on Curtis Island, near Gladstone.
