General Manager – Legal and Company Secretary (Australia & US)
Emma is Tri-Star Group’s Lead Counsel for Commercial and Operations and joined the company in 2021. Emma is also Company Secretary for Tri-Star Australia.
Emma’s responsibilities include legal oversight of commercial agreements, joint ventures, procurement and governance, compliance, and operations.
Prior to joining Tri-Star Group, Emma worked at McCullough Robertson Lawyers for 14 years as an experienced corporate, commercial and finance lawyer focusing principally in the energy and resources sector.
Emma holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons)/Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Griffith University.
