Vidya Harikumar has worked for Tri-Star as the Human Resources Director since 2018. She covers strategic business partnering, projects, the employee experience and general HR matters across the Australian and Houston offices.
Vidya has worked as a HR professional in multiple industries and across 13 countries for the past 17 years.
Vidya has completed degrees in Bachelor of Business majoring in Industrial Relations and Human Resources (UQ), Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Policy Development (UQ) and Masters in Business, majoring in Human Resources (QUT).
