The team comprises seasoned professionals from backgrounds with industry giants such as Shell, ExxonMobil, Chevron, EOG Resources, Apache Corp., Devon Energy, and Hilcorp Energy Company, ensuring that Tri-Star can draw from a wealth of experience for every project. The team’s capabilities span more than 39 basins in North America, in both onshore and offshore exploration and development.

Investing in Third-Party Exploration Opportunities
Tri-Star has participated in numerous Third-Party opportunities with the goal of being a partner of choice. Tri-Star employs a fulsome, technically focused screening process for all third-party opportunities that are assessed for potential investment and participation. Organic Prospect Generation
Tri-Star has significant geophysical, geologic, reservoir engineering, land and operations expertise for full cycle prospect maturation to accurately quantify risk vs. reward. Tri-Star is data focused with the goal of using data analytics to drive decision making processes. Tri-Star is an experienced field operator and is open to partnering with others to drill and evaluate these opportunities.
Acquisition of Proved Developed Producing Assets
Tri-Star has recently acquired a working interest in a Gulf Coast PDP position and is actively working to maximise value creation with production optimisation with workovers and new drill activities. Tri-Star remains active in the acquisition market as the team continues to source and screen on-market and off-market assets that fit internal investment criteria.
